"Promo voucher was more hassle than I expected"
I bought this mainly because of the promo, but the voucher part was annoying. I tried entering the code a bunch of times and it kept saying invalid, even though I was copying it straight from the email while sitting at my kitchen table with coffee getting cold. Support did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected. After several tries, it finally worked, but by then I was kind of over it. Not really worth the hassle for me.

"Refund took forever and I was confused"
My return was accepted, so I figured the refund would come through soon, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I kept contacting support and they just kept telling me to wait, which left me confused because I didn’t really know what was going on or why it was taking so long.

"Good deals, though I should compare more"
I usually find better prices here than I do in regular shops, especially when I remember to use a promo code. Not everything is a bargain, though, and that’s partly on me for assuming every item will be cheaper. Overall, it’s still worth checking before buying elsewhere.

"Late delivery and a messy collection experience"
I ordered from ishopchangi.com thinking it would be convenient and save me some hassle, but it ended up being quite annoying. The delivery came later than the timing they gave, and there wasn’t any clear update either, so I had to keep checking on my own and basically just wait around like I had nothing else to do.
Collection at the airport wasn’t much better. The staff took quite a while to locate my order, the queue was barely moving, and the whole thing felt disorganized. The items were fine in the end, but the process was more troublesome than it needed to be

"Support got back to me so fast??"
I had a little issue with my order and wasn’t sure how long it would take to fix, but customer support replied really quickly?? They got it sorted without a bunch of back and forth, which I appreciated. happy with how easy the whole thing was

"I tried checking out and the payment..."
I tried checking out and the payment kept failing, so I figured the order didn’t go through. Then I noticed I was still charged anyway. It’s frustrating because something as simple as paying should give you confidence, not make you wonder where your money went. Hoping this gets sorted quickly.

In my experience, the app tends to hang when I try to check out. The site also feels slow, and I personally found the app a bit confusing to use.

"Kept getting mixed signals about my order"
I ordered this before my flight because I was told it would be ready for pickup, but when I got there, they suddenly had no stock. It was really frustrating because the updates made it seem like everything was fine, then the staff basically just told me to wait for a refund. Not a great experience at all, especially when I was already on a tight schedule.

"Really happy with my order"
I ordered a perfume and a few skincare items from iShopChangi, i’m quite pleased with everything. The products arrived sealed, looked original to me, and there wasn’t any strange smell or damage. From my experience, the quality feels good and the delivery was smooth too. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Not much was available when I went"
Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, not sure, but barely anything I was looking for was actually in stock. A lot of the stuff I wanted seemed sold out, so the selection felt disappointing.
